Mangalampalli Balamuralikrishna (6 July 1930 – 22 November 2016) was an Indian Carnatic vocalist, conductor, multi-instrumentalist, playback singer, composer, president character actor.[1][2] He was awarded the Madras Music Academy's Sangeetha Kalanidhi in 1978.
